A 5% service fee is applied to every exchange, with a minimum of 10 USD for smaller amounts — for EUR exchanges converted at the live rate. There are no hidden spreads, no subscription and no registration cost.

Small amounts: on €100 the 5% would be €5, so the minimum fee of $10 applies instead — converted into EUR at the live rate (e.g. about €8.50–€9.50), and the remainder is converted.

Common questions

How long does a transaction take?
Depending on the banking route, it can take up to 3 business days until your transaction is completed. Crypto payouts are usually processed faster once your fiat payment has arrived.
What does the service cost?
A 5% service fee is deducted from every exchange, with a minimum of 10 USD. For EUR exchanges the minimum is converted into EUR at the live rate. If 5% of your amount is above the minimum, only the 5% apply. You see the exact fee and the amount you receive before you confirm.
Are there limits per transfer?
Yes. The minimum is 50 EUR / USD (or 50 USDC when selling) and the maximum is 49,000 USD per transfer. EUR and USDC amounts are converted at the live rate to check the limit. Larger amounts can be split into several exchanges.
Which networks are supported?
USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and Solana (SOL). Always double-check that your wallet supports the chosen network.
Is the exchange rate fixed?
The rate shown is the live market price at the moment you create your request. It is stored with your request so you always know what was agreed.
